I've been less accountable since I was participating in these monthly challenges, so I'll join again for June to keep me focused.

1.  Run/jog three times a week with goal of returning to total of 15 miles/week by end of month
2.  Read three new books, 1 for a book club
3.  Try two new recipes this month
4.  Don't kill the vegetable garden!
5.  Finish and store all supplies from deck-painting project (the last 5% to go!)
6.  Sell three things

I want to continue joining these challenges.
Here are my June goal:

1. Italian on DuoLingo every day (takes about ten minutes). Not too late in the evenings!
2. 30 days app exercise everyday (takes less than ten minutes). Not too late in the evenings!
3. Yoga every day, preferrably early morning, esp workdays (takes ten-thirty minutes - choose whatever suits me for the day).
4. Walk 225 000 steps in June.
5. Strength training at home 8 times. At least 10 minutes to count.
6. Clearing out living room before Midsummer holiday starting June 17th. Mainly papers and it includes that I need to scan for about 30 minutes. Should really take max two hours. I can easily do 15 minutes a day when working from home. This has been on the list for a long time but it really needs to be done now.
7. Plan the Midsummer and main summer holiday with the kids. Both money and travel.
8. At least four work pomodoros on every work day. I am really losing focus.
9. Create a plan for packing, not sure yet when I will be moving or to where, but I need to start.

This seems like healthy adaptability to circumstances, yay!

I am under a cat, or I'd go get my tracker and update.  I got a temp job last week and I'm afraid I forgot all about the 10-day check in and possibly even tracking the goals!  My brain thinks I don't need *this* structure if I have the job structure, I guess?  Anyway, new goal is to track for 3 days and report here for day 15.

Sort of mid-month update:
June is not going well, but I have proper excuses :-) In the middle of divorce, it is rather low-key but stressful nonetheless. We are also packing up parts of the house, and it is way much tougher than expected. And I needed to find a new place to live which was really stressful as well, but turned out really well, so happy that it's settled now.
Also, severe pollen allergy, so no exercise possible...

1. Italian on DuoLingo every day (takes about ten minutes). Not too late in the evenings! This is the only goal I am keeping up with
2. 30 days app exercise everyday (takes less than ten minutes). Not too late in the evenings!
3. Yoga every day, preferrably early morning, esp workdays (takes ten-thirty minutes - choose whatever suits me for the day).
4. Walk 225 000 steps in June.
5. Strength training at home 8 times. At least 10 minutes to count.
Have not completed 2,3,4,5 for some days now, due to allergy and being stressed out and lazy
6. Clearing out living room before Midsummer holiday starting June 17th. Mainly papers and it includes that I need to scan for about 30 minutes. Should really take max two hours. I can easily do 15 minutes a day when working from home. This has been on the list for a long time but it really needs to be done now. No, not completed yet, and Midsummer was yesterday. I just can't find the energy to start
7. Plan the Midsummer and main summer holiday with the kids. Both money and travel. Midsummer trip so see relatives we havne't seen in months, wit a lot of distancing. It turned out well. Summer holiday not planned yet, but I have ideas.
8. At least four work pomodoros on every work day. I am really losing focus. Work has been very hectic, so this is actually pretty ok so far. Not bc I followed the plan though, it was just out of necessity (and stress).
9. Create a plan for packing, not sure yet when I will be moving or to where, but I need to start.I have found a place to live! It turned out really well and not too expensive, I am very pleased. I have started packing my things that needs to be removed before we sell the house, it is tough, especially bc I am so tired from the allergy, but I am making progress!

21-day update:

This month has been hard.  I'm not adjusting my goals overall, even though I know I won't hit any of them.  However, the hydration amount is back down to May levels...the increase was not beneficial. It's giving me a boost to look at the early-month update and see that I did deal with a whole stack of papers already.

Late final update: I failed with a lot this month, however affected by divorce (not wanted by me), preparing house for sale, buying apartment and planning the move, so I feel I have reasons... (and also Covid-19 upheaval and severe pollen allergy during several days...)

Good/happy/pleased:
* I have completed Italian on DuoLingo every single day.
* Midsummer holiday w/kids planned and executed very nicely.
* Create a plan for packing and moving - hell yeah. Lots of work done, and I am the main driver. I am getting rid of things, and packing what I want to keep. I have bought an apartment and I have good plans for it.

Ok/excused:
* I did not 225 000 steps (average 7 500/day), but I did average 6 912, which is ok. Still above 8 200 average/day for the year.
* Summer holiday not fully planned, but as it hasnīt started, I am ok w/that. Some arrangements made, and working w/other, so not overdue yet.
* Work - I am ok, even though I could have been better. I am meeting my goals, but currently not exceeding them in any way. My boss is very pleased w/me at the moments, so that is good anyway.
* Clearing out living room before Midsummer - well, this sort of disappeared in the end, since we had to get the house ready for photo shoot. It worked out, but I still have tons of paper to take care of.

Bad/regrets
* Did not do yoga every day. I feel stiff and also sad about this. I have not made the time for myself
* Did not do the 30 day exercise program and strength training at home during the latter part of the month. Several reasons; severe allergy breakouts (= no exercise possible), but also lack of time, energy and willpower.

I will move on to the July thread, June was not the best of months, but I feel ok with it. In July I need to focus more on my health: exercise, eating, sleeping. Also upcoming house sale and holiday w/the kids.
