I want to get a little more disciplined and decided to set goals for January -
*Lose 6 pounds. I need to lose 12 pounds so 6 should be attainable in a month. I'm starting at 132 - my heaviest ever.
*No alcohol. That will help with weight loss, financial goals, and overall health.
*No spending. I like to have a no spending month every so often - might as well throw that in.
*Save 40% in my 401K. I'm already doing that so I'll continue.
Anyone else have goals for January?
