I have continued tracking my food everyday and doing a long run every week, plus 1-3 strength sessions at the gym per week. I’m trying to change up the gym sessions a bit as I had been doing the same classes for over a year. Continue to not desire sweets, other than my fake sugar in my coffee and fruit on my oatmeal!!! Water drinking still pretty good, but eating more of the food my spouse prepares in the evening which, while protein-rich, is also soaked in oil. Novelty has worn off of this challenge, started in February, but consistency is still fairly good. And that’s a good thing, I want it to be a lifestyle.
