Hello to all,
Does anyone have any experience with World Financial Group? My friend signed up to become an agent.

A very quick google search reveals it to be a multi-level-marketing group.
Google then also goes onto say related searches include "world financial group complaints" and "wfg lawsuit"
I think you know where this is going...

Thanks.

The HQ is not far from me and I have been hit up by their "associates" multiple times in the last couple of years. Run, Run far away from them.

Yes, stay away. The associates, or whatever they are called, are breeding like Starbucks around here. I run into them everywhere. Ugh. They make potential clients wary of people like me who are trying to run a legitimate business, with actual full disclosure, real education, and fiduciary obligations etc.
If anyone doesn't tell me who they are working for, chances are it is WFG.

I have a friend that is a WFG "entrepreneur". This is the 3rd MLM she's joined that I'm aware of (that should give you an indication of her level of wisdom). Apparently they sell whole life insurance, and try to push it as a retirement vehicle. Stay away!

Just an update on this topic; I was recently contacted by someone who was part of a new facet of this group, called "World System Builder". They have a "National Financial Literacy Campaign" that sounds harmless enough, but the more you dig into it the more it seems to be the same crap. Definitely recommend staying away.

Sorry, only heard about them

WFG is a MLM selling whole life products Primerica financial services is a MLM selling term life. Stay away from both.
