From my reading of the article, it appears that unless Congress is able to push through an update to the bill, co-ops will be able to take a 20% deduction on
gross
income instead of net.
I’ve read other articles referencing this regarding farmers selling to co-ops but not in the wider application discussed above.
Anyone heard anything about this? Have any thoughts?
