I contributed the full 5500 to my Traditional IRA this year, but my income was high enough that I'm only able to deduct 1500 of that amount on my taxes.

Should I
a) leave it be?
b) recharacterize the remaining 4000 as a Roth IRA contribution?
c) other?

Thanks in advance for any sage advice.
