Does IRA to Roth Conversion Count towards MAGI - double check

Quick Question

Does money that is being moved from an traditional IRA to a Roth count towards MAGI when looking at ACA coverage?

Looking at google tells me it counts as regular income, but when I try to seek the specific information I get it not counting against you when contributing towards a Roth. Ugh google.

I am trying to help a friend so I really don't want to give her bad information and now I am second guessing myself.   It should totally count towards MAGI and people on MMM use conversions to generate MAGI.  Right?

Yes, it counts for ACA.

I use Roth conversions to get my income to an appropriate level to qualify for ACA coverage.

ETA:  List of what counts as income for ACA https://www.healthcare.gov/income-and-household-information/income/

You get a 1099-R for a Roth conversion, counts under retirement income.

If it's a taxable conversion it counts. Non-taxable conversions (such as for the backdoor Roth) don't count toward this AGI.
