Long Term Care Premiums a Qualified Expense for a FSA?

Hi all!
I have a Flexible Spending Account at work that can be used for certain expenses under the IRS....but one area that doesn't seem be to be clear is whether Long Term Care premiums are a qualified expense--Any opinions?

insurance premiums are not a qualified expense
