I am suing my former employer for Disability Discrimination and Hostile Work Environment under the Rehabilitation Act and Title 20. I understand that I am able to get a deduction for my legal fees, but cannot distinguish if it something that can be taken off my AGI or has to be claimed under the itemized 2% misc. deduction.
