Is Parking for a Rental a Deductible Expense?
« on: April 07, 2018, 01:10:57 PM »
Hey guys!

So my questions is does a parking spot, not formally connected to the mortgage or property itself but separately contracted and included in the rental agreement, count as a deductible expense for my rental?

Its an urban condo that didn't come with a parking spot on purchase, which is fine for me and my mustashian ways but not so much you average area renter.

Yes, if you leased a parking space for your renter to use then it is deductible.
