Can you just call up and ask the IRS to go back review if a prepayment was taken into account when issuing a refund going back to 2014? I'm learning that TurboTax doesn't import prepayment taxes from the previous year, so I entered nothing. But the IRS usually will correct this.
I ordered a report. Hopefully it reflects my prepayment. For now I can't find records of it.
