Maxed out my retirement accounts for the year, whoopee!
I have just learned about FIRE a year ago, because my COL is so low I am hoping to get there in another 5-6 years.

I have a pretty diversified mix in my retirement account, I got spooked after my value ETFs - bought in early 2020 (a la Paul Merriman) sucked big time this year.  Divvy stocks, international (with some region specific sectors), growth, commodities, precious metals, GBTC, SLYV, and a little portion of "fun" stuff (cannabis/psychedelic stocks, clean energy).  I have free access to an investor's private forum that I trust (most of it is made public, just the timing of buys is only shown every few weeks unless you have the access), and following it actively helps me stay very motivated.  I have a solo401k so I can do whatever I want.

What do y'all who aren't bogleheads do in your taxable accounts?  Same strategy?  Totally different investments?  Kickfurther, fundrise/groundfloor types, etc?  Not interested in physical real estate at this point.

For your taxable accounts you want to avoid anything that creates
taxable events, so minimize bonds, dividend stocks, and any strategy
which requires trading -- therefore essentially index funds that can grow
until you need the money.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
