So financial situation has changed.. feeling dumb but just wondering
At first I contributed $6k into Trad IRA.
Then recharacterized it to Roth. Thats $6299 including earnings.
Now I’m thinking.. can I recharacterize the $6299 back to Trad?

Based on
Recharacterize a recharacterization? - Bogleheads.org
it appears the answer is "no." See that thread and link therein for more.
