Oatmeal with frozen mixed fruit, ground flax, chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup
Vegemite on sourdough.Any other bread is giving me grief lately, so I'm sticking with the sourdough, and I find somewhere I can get it for <$3 a loaf (compared with $5.50) so I'm happy.

I find it pretty hit and miss except for a couple of $$ local brands. (Not very sour bread tends to be too high GI for me to manage)
Oatmeal, chia, flax, cashew milk frozen berries
A variation on Bircher muesli, made the night before by DH. 1/2 grated apple, 20g rolled oats, 1 homegrown nectarine (chopped), 1/2 banana mixed together with a bit of skim milk and some natural yoghurt. Yum! He might have also added a bit of golden syrup, I forget now.

Another variation this morning because we are drowning in homegrown nectarines: 20g rolled oats, 2 homegrown nectarines chopped, splash of skim milk (but no yoghurt because we'd run out). DH also has just informed me he adds a few drops of vanilla essence.
