Net worth jump>gross income

April 2018 is the first month that my wife’s and my net worth has gone up more then gross income. Gross income for the month 10.5k, net worth increase 12k.

6.5kish was savings, the rest was investments.

Congratulations! This is a fun milestone. If the same things happens over a longer timespan, say over the course of a year, consistently for several years in a row, then it's probably safe to retire.
