Chase owns the mortgage on my duplex. They always stuff offers into the payment slips that come every month. This month's was $150 to open a checking account. The only restrictions were that I had to keep $1,500 in the account and not close it for 6 months.
Easy Money! I opened the account Saturday. A 21% annual return!
