This is my first post here but I've been a loyal reader for months. Here is a little back ground information. I'm 26 single with no kids. The only debt I have now is my truck and one student loan of $12000.00. Since I started reading this site religiously, I canceled my cable and gym membership around august. My house is paid for but it's in a trailer park so I do have to pay lot rent. Thankfully my phone is covered by the company that I work for so I'm spared that expense as well.
I decided to get rid of my gas guzzling truck and join the mustachian way of life by getting a small fuel efficient car. The truck is officially up for sale so maybe it will be gone soon ( owe a lot less than it's worth). I plan on getting an older model import car. My next step in the grand scheme of this is to fully fund my Ira for this year and pay off that loan!!!!!
