Reached 250K today

Dear all,

today (payday) is the day that I have reached a net worth of 250K (Euro, not USD) :-D

I have taken this opportunity to dig out the numbers for October 30 for the past years.
  • 2011: 137K
  • 2012: 150K
  • 2013: 158K
  • 2014: 192K
  • 2015: 252K
Still a long way to go but I guess I am on a good trajectory.

Awesome work!!

What % in house?  Still not sure how much of my home's apparent equity I like to lump into my net worth.  Considering you need a place to stay and closing costs, realtor fees, etc.

Congrats!

I'm not surprised your rate of capital accumulation is increasing.   Once people get the hang of saving and investing instead of spending, that's pretty much what happens.

I would include the houses value minus expected fees, as you could sell it and go rent.
