I realize this is highly OCD, but my latest investment policy is to send little chunks of new investment savings into my brokerage account every third day. That way I get the satisfaction of seeing a constant stream of new money flowing in, instead of more sporadic but bigger chunks every few weeks or so. Of course in the big picture it doesn't really matter, but I'm doing it for psychological reasons. My target is about 300$ every third day, but this doesn't represent 3k in new money going in every month, as about 1k of it is loan repayment. Anyone else have a similar plan that they follow?
