Painted my Grout for under $13

My house is about 15 years old and the grout in the kitchen was in really bad shape.  I didn't really realize till I replaced a few tiles and had to regrout the area.  I bought a small bottle of grout paint from Home Depot for twelve dollars and change, figured it was worth a shot.  Did it over the course of a week or so, only about an hour a day max.  It came out great, and supposedly seals it also, we'll see how long it lasts.  If i get a few years out of it I'll be happy.  It looks awesome though!

Well done! I did the same a few years back and was worth the effort. Definitely switched to a darker color to cover up more stains :-)

No problem!  That's why I'm sharing, I had no idea either until I saw it on the shelf while buying grout.Sorry about the sideways pics:)

RX mike is the grout paint white color? I may try that on my bathroom floor.

It's Platinum.  Very light gray almost, hard to see in the pics.  Here's a link to the product.

Hmmm...I am going to have to keep this in mind for my bathroom grout! We are very unhandy but after I studied instructions, I think we can manage this.
