Mildly mustachian home downsizing

Posting here, since I'm being perceived as a bit nuts in real life and moving to a condo in a better school district with my nearly 2 year old. Leaving 1700 sqft for 1150. 1700 feels like way too much for two people.

So excited to trade a yard I have to maintain for a park side location where the city maintains!

Sounds like a good move to me! Congrats on getting rid of your lawn maintenance responsibilities. Every time I mow the lawn, I think to myself "my next house will be a condo."

Enjoy your lower gas and electricity bills!  I live in 1100 sf for 2 ppl it is plenty!

We are just under 1100 sqf too. :)  2 adults and a baby.   Love it.  We have a very large yard which I like too.
