It's no "New Yorker," but I'll take it! Mustachian themes present: Leaving the normal rat race to live where one's values are being expressed while embarking on the adventure of building one's own home.
Of the article I wrote: "So grateful to the arts community in Fergus Falls for their work in creating a community where this way of seeing and being is valued! Now, more than ever, we need these places where we can learn to increasingly see the truth that lies deeper than our everyday concepts and prejudices. "Draw what you see, not what you know," my dad (an art teacher in this community for 30 years prior to his passing) would always say. The arts train us in this, and this community has become an incubator for this spirit!"
