I got a letter from my ISP / Telco telling me that they wanted to raise the price for my broadband. So I called them and told them frankly, I wanted to pay less. It took a while to get by the first person, but after threatening to leave them for another supplier, I finally got connected to the cancellation prevention department - and then I got some discounts.
Got to keep the old base price "for good" and a few extra discounts.
Ended up lowering my cost with about $12 a month - no revolution, but still nice. And I quadrupled my speed at the broadband.
So the hints for the swedes out there that wanna negotiate with TeliaSonera - call the cancellation department ("uppsägning") and you have a little more power to talk to them... :)
