Today I called the recall line and arranged for ikea to come pick up my three old malm dressers and give me a full refund of the purchase price :-)
Apparently in 5-7 days I'll get a call to arrange the pickup.
10-21 days after that they'll pick it up.
7-10 days after that I'll get a check...
So within 38 days I'll get a full refund for them :-)
Since I'm moving soon, this will save me on moving costs. I was considering getting new dressers because the layout of the bedroom in the house we are moving to is different from our current one. This makes it win win.
