I'm excited. This is the first time I've actually owned something outright, other than clothes or food or something.... But I just paid off my car!!! 4 years early!

Congrats.

Getting your vehicle paid off is a great feeling and also a great psychological motivater. (Plus you can get a better deal on your insurance now)

Put that freed up cash flow to work!

Thanks :D It is a great feeling. Possibly the best, especially since my insurance is also up for renewal this month!

Congrats!  NOW, the key is to take really good care of it - regular maint., etc.  My last car (a Honda Accord) I drove for 15 years, then gave it to a friend who was in desperate need of a car (and I think it's still going!).  No doubt you are loving not having a car payment!!

When I paid off my car loan, I decided I would never let myself get into debt for anything other than a house again. Feels amazing to be debt free.
