Another minor success story to share:
Some winter storms caused several trees in our yard to fall down. My pre-MMM self would probably have called a tree crew with their chainsaws and wood-chipper, which would have cost hundreds of dollars. But I thought to myself, "What is the badass thing to do?" So I spent $17 on a hand saw and a pair of work gloves and sawed each tree by hand. Sure, it was slow going, but I became more efficient, and stronger, over time, and I sure did feel like a badass out there, especially carrying 4' lengths across the yard. Plus, I was able to give much of the firewood to a needy friend who was able to pick it up, saving me any cost of disposal.
