Not sure if this is the right place but wanted to alert other Mustachians about a pretty good deal I got today at Publix. I was staying away from canned diced tomatoes b/c of BPA in the linings but the new Muir Glen canned tomato products are now BPA free. As part of Publix Italian Days promotion the 15 oz cans are 3/4.00 and the 28 oz cans are 2/4.00. There is also an instore coupon - which I think you can print out online too for $1 off 2. Brings the cost down to .83 cents for the 15 oz and 1.50 for the 28 oz. For organic, BPA free tomatoes that are good in chili, ziti and a host of other quick and easy recipes this is a good deal.
There is also a $1.00 off 2 peelie that I found on one can. I stocked up today and bought 18 cans.
Wanted to let other folks in the South with a Publix near them. Lots of other good BOGOs on "real food" during this sale.
I think a post like this alerting to deals may be helpful in planning out meals for other mustachians.
