Just make sure to stick with it moving forward. Personally, the last soda I had was over 32 years, with ZERO exceptions! Other "fluids" in this prohibited category of mine would include punch, "juice cocktails," energy drinks and the like. Never had a Red Bull, (or Monster energy, etc), probably never will.
My goto drink is water, followed by carbonated water (seltzer), milk, and coffee, with the occasional 100% as a treat.
Water is really the only fluid that is required for optimum health, though some coffee addicts may disagree.
