Long story short - too much at work for too long time. Literally five times the customers as CWs. Repeatedly meetings with boss but since I have somehow managed no change.
Found MMM one year ago. Found out I have always been frugal, but now I know exactly how much I need to get along. Not FI in anyway, but a good heap of FU-money.
Handed in my resignation before Christmas. Boss actually sent me to company health care to make sure I was not depressed or burnt out, which was obviously the only thinkable reason for not working in the company. Found out I was not depressed nor burnt out (no sh*t). Boss talked me into taking 6months of unpaid leave. Ok to me.
Within one week got PT work for other company. Now working 40%, getting 60% of former salary due to combination of higher salary + crazy tax rules. On top of that found second job where I work crazy hours for a week and get paid almost same amount as for one month on last job. Second work salary goes straight to my stache of course.
Now best part: Boss has finally realized I wasn't whining about the amount of work I did on last job. She wants me back with serious raise and change of work conditions. This is obviously not going to happen as I know my former CWs will be more than happy to leave all of my old customers to me.
Now boss's boss wants to see me to have a talk. Can't wait to see what he has to offer. Will probably turn it down anyway.
And very best part: FU-money still untouched, doing its work in index funds.
