A little gross washing later, and I have ~10 lbs of clean whole potatoes set aside for later, 3 lbs of nasty to the compost, and 7lbs boiled up for mash/soup/latkes. About 3 lbs to the freezer and 4 lbs to eat up this week. I know you shouldn’t freeze potatoes, but I think we can overcome quality issues in casseroles.
