Found mistake in W2 and got company to fix this

My previous employer had screwed up my FSA last year. This mistake was propagated to my W2, where I identified it and worked with them to fix it.

Made me think, how many people "get" what their W2 represents and could actually analyze it to identify mistakes.

Anyways, felt like sharing this somewhere - it's going to "save" me a few hundred compared to what the mistaken W2 was.

One time my buddy got a paycheck with a couple extra zero's on the end and he had to shake it out with HR to make sure it didnt come out on his ppwk!
