Finally done w/ Sprint!

Finally finally done w/ Sprint as of today. Had to wait out the contracts for a few months since cancelling was more expensive than finishing them. Done w/ the overpriced contract, done with the horrible customer service. Done done done!

This is the most recent step on dialing back the communications/IT costs. Cable gone (since January), home phone in voip, bought a tv antenna, argued w/ Verizon to get a better internet rate.

Savings is in the range of $200 per month from cutting out all the nonsense.

A word of warning with Sprint. Be sure to remove your credit card information with them immediately and watch your account daily. We cancelled our account with them last year when the contract was up. They then proceeded to charge us for two extra months of service. We were on the phone with them immediately when the first months charge occurred and then again with the second month charge. We logged no less than 5 hours on the phone and countless hours chatting and emailing them until we finally were reimbursed for the money. A huge headache to say the least. Be sure to keep notes of every conversation with them as well. I hope you don't have to go through the same experience as we did. Never Never will we deal with Sprint again.
