Biked to work for the first time!

My girlfriend and I just moved closer to my work and I was able to bike in today! Been looking forward to it ever since we decided to move and it was awesome and a great workout!

Thanks for all the support, one of the reasons I love this forum so much!

For Toe: It's about 10 miles each way, took me a little less than an hour. Half greenways and half road with a solid bike lane. I'm a pretty novice cyclist and don't quite feel up to road riding yet, though I could knock a mile or two off my ride. As far as the bike goes, it's an old Giant. My dad had it sitting unused in his shed for 10+ years so I got it fixed up and took it off his hands  :)

10 miles is quite the ride... congrats! I'm a bit closer, I think about 2-3 miles. On the days when I dont have to haul shipments, I might give it a try. Props to you for doing it!

Congratulations, I remember my first day back in April and it was fantastic, I felt way better and more awake than I ever expected.

I have foot pain and have been driving to work and it doesn't compare at all.  Hope this foot gets better, PF is a b&tch.
