I get moderation creep with wine. That single glass of red at dinner grows magically by ounces over time. Then on the weekends, well, not unusual to have an extra glass or two after dinner. Short periods of total abstinence, (6 weeks), hit my 'reset' button on alcohol and I can go back to happily enjoying that small 4 oz glass.
