Airline points

US airways and AA have merged.
Just got the email yesterday that everything will become AA points this spring. I'm betting the USair CCs will not exist much longer. you can get 80k points for 180 bucks and one use per card with the 2 cards USair has plus get the AA cards and have quite a few free RTs out of the country (use SW if you're flying local and want points)
Thought i'd drop this here

I did that for myself and my wife a few months ago. We also got new AA cards, so we end up with 170k miles (plus the miles for the actual spend).
I think the us airways card will be gone by the end of the year.
