I am a fairly new reader and love all the advice and info. My SO and I have been working on paying our debts down so we would only have a mortgage. We have made pretty good progress but wanted to speed it up to help us reach FI quicker. I started reading this blog in late July. Since then we have become a 1 car household and yesterday pressed the button to pay off the 18, 000 student loan. We are very excited. We have 15, 000 to go but are shooting for the end of this year.
