Great news!  After being the squeaky wheel for quite a while, I finally convinced the company to offer a 403b/Roth 403b for all employees!  Huge win!  That's another $18,000 that I'll be saving.  Feeling happy!

Awesome, I hope they include low fee Stock ETF funds as one of the investment offerings.
