We sold our house FSBO in June.
We used a local agent to handle everything once we had an offer- for a 1% fee instead of 3%. For us that 1% was well worth it- we were able to do everything electronically, he worked with the title company for us, scheduled everything, was a notary, etc.
I am sure we could have figured it out ourselves, but like I said, for us 1% was good peace of mind that everything would go smoothly.
