Title: Very good breakdown of tax bill with specifics for real estate

I just got an email from NAR (National Association of Realtors).  It had a link to a very good breakdown of the tax bill, with special emphasis on how it can impact homeowners and RE professionals.  The discussion on the pass-through organizations will also apply to other consultants and self-employed and is very clear.  All in all, I am happy with the outcome, although I don't know that any of it was necessary in the first place.  Nevertheless, the changes are here.

It looks to me as if this article isn't completely up to date with the actual law that passed...
