I have three bedrooms in a finished basement in a single family home rental in Fort Collins, CO. One bedroom has a large window. Probably 2 feet wide and 3 feet tall. The other two bedrooms have a small window, probably 18 inches wide and 14 inches tall. The windows are cut out of the foundation.
How much would it cost to have a structural engineer to come to the house to give me advice on making the small windows into big windows?
Any idea of what the project would cost of making two small windows into big windows?
