Firing a leasing agent

Might not be a simple answer, but I can't find anything written in my property management agreement.
Does firing the agent/company that found a tenant mean the tenant has to leave?
Thanks

No, but it probably means you owe them the management fee for the remainder of the agreement or a leasing commission. Read your agreement for specific fees when you break the management contract.

Thanks, yes I found the verbiage that said if I terminate, they still get paid. Really a non-issue since the agreements end in the same month.
