We have a rental house in an area of town that is zoned multi-use, so we can legally rent it to say an attorney's office or similar who want to be in the neighborhood. I feel like we might be able to get more income going this route vs. renting to individuals who will use the property as living space. I know it will depend on the market, but is this generally true and should I pursue this avenue since the property has this zoning? Are there any "gotchas" I should look out for? Thanks!
