Title: REITs in Austin, TX?

I'm live in Austin, TX and I'm familiar with the real estate market... it's pretty solid right now because of all the growing tech companies. So I'd like to get in on the real estate market. I was thinking an individual REIT or an ETF or some type of index fund specific to the Austin area. Does such a thing exist?
