Folks, I need to rent a room for about a month in NYC, preferably Manhattan though Queens OK. It could be with a family or another female. Flexible dates. Some kitchen use, please: happy to cook for you!
I am 60, female professor/writer, nonsmoker, clean, quiet and can give good NYC references.
