Looking for a Real Estate Agent In (Upper) Bucks County PA -- or Lehigh Valley

Hi!

Now that I've knocked off my student loan with it's 6.8% interest rate, I'd like to get very Mustachian and move the family close to Dad's job.  We own a condo in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, which is located in Bucks County, just south of Allentown and Bethlehem.   We've only lived here for a few years, so we don't know the local players.

Are there any other Bucks County or Lehigh Valley Mustachians out there who can recommend a good real estate agent?  I'd like a savvy local pro working along side me on the best strategy.

Hey! I would not consider the agent I used to buy my house here in Emmaus to be savvy, just one who would do what we asked, which is what we were after. Where are you moving to?

Hello Mr. STTGU in Emmaus!

My husband works in Exton, which is in Chester County off the Downingtown exit on 76.  That's the direction we'd like to go.  I'm from NJ originally, so PA is still a big mystery to me :)

We'd like to sell or rent our Quakertown condo, and either buy or rent something cheaper in the Exton area.

I'll look back through my contacts. I don't live their currently, but all my family/friends are dispersed in that area. I have a few friends that are agents, I just have to figure out where they are living these days.
