I'm buying two duplexes for 70k each one to live in and one for investment. I'm going through the loan process and just wanna make sure I'm not getting screwed on fees. The interest rate for the one I plan to live in is 3.75 and the other is 4.25. I attached some pictures of the fees if anything seems out of the ordinary any advice would help. Thanks
