You can swap your home simultaneously but you can also let people stay for points or pay in points non-simultaneously. I think it might be worth it for us as we have more than one residence and we travel frequently and would love to pay in points and to get points which are not taxable income. I'm just not sure how many members there actually are given the price. If anyone has used it I'd like to hear how it went!
