Sister, who lives in Fairfax Co, VA, is looking to sell her house. She says market is good, she expects it to sell quickly. Anyone have experience doing FSBO/flat fee MLS in the area? Any flat fee companies to recommend?
Also, if anyone has bought/sold recently in the area and can advise on good/bad agents, or general market conditions, that would be appreciated. All tips welcome.
