Title: FSBO advertising tips ?

I'm offering high-end waterfront lake lots.  The supply of vacant waterfront lots here is tight, so it seems like the only issue to discuss is "price". So, why add 6% to the only issue, right? 


I've placed signs & info box at the lots & around the main street in the neighborhood (weekends only permitted).  Shared the surveys & info with a lot of local realtors & builders.  Posted them on Zillow, Craigslist, and Nextdoor.  I just started last Saturday & interest has been very strong so far.


I'm just wondering if there are any other free forms of advertising that I've missed?

Nextdoor has been quite productive.  I've received about 10 neighbors asking for info.  I've also had a four different builders interested.  I'm planning to call the other major builders too.
