That was a really cool video. I like the "You Are Not Special" talk. Often times some of my favorite speeches are like this, where nothing new is found out, but it's just making observations of what is wrong and no one wants to talk about.

Anyway, I have been studying Aeroponincs, Hydroponics, and aquaponics lately. It is a very good way to save some money on groceries if you can get it started. Here is a good video to start with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K34skxa0ogk

Great video! I usually start my day with a to-do list but this meditation was just as effective.
